Our Fees section outlines the comprehensive pricing details that govern how ClaimDelays charges customers for the services provided. Free of Service Charges

ClaimDelays does not charge any fees for the Eligibility Service, Information Service, or instances where the Compensation Service does not result in you receiving Flight Compensation.

Fees for Compensation Service 

The Compensation Service involves ClaimDelays assisting you in obtaining Flight Compensation from the airline. ClaimDelays fees are only applicable in case we have successfully secured Flight Compensation for you. Hence, in case of an unsuccessful Flight Compensation claim, you will not be charged any fees.

In case of a successful claim, you will be charged for the Compensation Service amounting to 30% plus VAT. The fee will be deducted from the total Flight Compensation obtained.

For example, for flights that fall under the EC261/2004:

  • For flights under 1,500 km where the client is entitled to compensation of 250 EURO, ClaimDelays will deduct a fee of 30% plus VAT. 
  • For flights between 1,500 and 3,500 km where the client is entitled to compensation of 400 EURO, ClaimDelays will deduct a fee of 30% plus VAT.
  • For flights over 3,500 km where the client is entitled to compensation of 600 EURO, ClaimDelays will deduct a fee of 30% plus VAT.

For other situations where the client is entitled to compensation, ClaimDelays will deduct a fee of 30% + VAT.

For flights where the client is non granted any compensation, ClaimDelays will not charge the customer any fees.

Total Compensation Amount

ClaimDelays will make sure you receive Your Full Amount, minus Our Fees for Flight Compensation and applicable VAT. Any compensation granted will be paid by ClaimDelays to the customer in EURO. Currency conversion is based on the European Air Passenger Rights Regulations or the relevant Air Passenger Rights Regulation applicable to your claim.

International Bank Transfers

ClaimDelays offers international bank transfers via a third party. While we do not impose additional charges, you may be subject to fees from other intermediaries or your beneficiary banks. Additionally, your bank may charge a currency exchange fee. ClaimDelays will not be laible for any such transfer or exchange fees and they will be fully incurred by the customer

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All our fees and charges in Our Fees exclude applicable VAT. Hence, in addition to the fee that we charge, we will additionally deduct the applicable VAT rate.

Other Fees

All the fees listed in Our Fees will not suffer from any other additional fees or charges from ClaimDelays. Should there be any other fees that are out of ClaimDelays’ control, they will be the responsibility of the customer.
